If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.  You will have to pay return postage with tracking.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Imported large pieces of furniture may not be able to be returned due to the suppliers terms and conditions. On these items you will be notified before purchasing.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or an exchange. 

For all refunds and exchanges there will be a re stocking fee of 30% of the value of the original invoice. You will also be responsible for the freight costs involved in returning the item and reshipping the new item.
